Patrick understood our needs. We live about 1 hr 30 minutes away from Ocean City (where we were looking and purchased), so Patrick would visit properties we were interested in to take videos (with owners/selling agents permission), then follow up with us about his honest feedback and whether a place was worth us visiting or not. Although we did not purchase a property that he videoed for us, we looked at another one the day we decided on this one that he had done that for us. He also never shared displeasure with us if we had to cancel an appointment. He was amazing with our needs when looking...whether it was helping us manage our toddler, my husband's disability, or my work schedule! He is extremely flexible. We would use him again to buy a home or sell the one we just bought. We are using him to help us rent out the one we just bought!
